Terms of Service for Neutrals Currently the service is being offered to Neutrals who shall determine their own rules for conduct and get the confirmation of the participants. The platform will only provide the intermediary service required for online interaction. The platform will register the participants, identify them through the credentials presented by them including PAN card or digital signature enabled application.
